The objective was to develop a mobile application integrated with Arise's existing scheduling and notification systems for their work-from-home call center platform. One of the primary challenges was designing a user-friendly mobile interface that seamlessly guides users through the process of scheduling, ensuring an intuitive and efficient experience.
